The Only .160 Thick Aluminum Hull Bay Boat
Stylish rigging, impressive floor layout, increased speed, and an improved ride. We built this hull from 0.160 aluminum, unheard of for bay boats that normally have 0.125 hulls. To move this large boat, we built it on a 14-degree pad hull that lifts the boat, provides a dry ride, and allows the boat to reach higher-than-normal speeds.
From top to bottom, customers pick Excel because we pay attention to detail. Every detail, our paint quality, welds, heavy-duty seat vinyl, fiberglass console, non-slip floor, etc., are what you would expect from an Excel.
The Gloss Clear Finish used on all our Bay and Bass boats adds reflection & brilliance to Excel's existing paint colors. Not only does it look good, the Glass Clear finish delivers a premium appearance by adding depth of color, excellent durability, chemical resistance, and a long-lasting shine. Our finish has undergone extensive testing for adhesion, impact resistance, chip resistance, flexibility, gasoline and oil resistance, and color retention.
